Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! I spent 4 days surrounded by family, enjoying every minute of it, but on Sunday, I treated myself to a little bit of quiet time at the beach. It was beautiful! Just what I needed...to escape the 115 degrees of desert heat and enjoy the ocean breeze. Quietly. Enjoying the sound of the waves, the laugher of the kids playing in the sand, and the music from a talented guitar player sitting nearby. ~ Fall is probably my favorite season of all, but summer time in Southern California definitely has its perks. Oh how I love the beach!
